My Story

Hi! My name is Radhika Huryn (aka Rads)! Physical Therapy (PT), Pilates, and Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) have changed my life. It began in 2003, after I graduated from Boston University with a Masters in Physical Therapy. I worked at several outpatient PT settings in New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C, connecting with patients and seeing the positive impact PT had on their lives.

In 2008, while working at a private practice in San Francisco, I started taking Pilates classes, first as a supplement to my exercise routine, but it quickly became the core of my own burgeoning personal wellness program after hurting my back. It was definitely a low point for me, but my journey back to health was a process that changed my career.

I soon went on to become a certified Pilates instructor. The results from my own Pilates-centric rehabilitation were so transformative, I dedicated myself to sharing the same experience with my patients and clients.

Most recently, as I continued to work on my own body, I was introduced to Low Pressure Fitness which has been another transformative experience for my body.  I became a LPF certified trainer to be able to share the amazing benefits with my clients

My Approach

People are different. Bodies are different. Days are different. I am passionate about looking at the body as a whole, appreciating the fact that people and bodies can change.  I recognize that bodies feel different and change on a daily basis so I adjust sessions according to whatever the body needs on that particular day.

I integrate all of my tools to create a session to help my client achieve whatever their goals are - including improving posture, improving strength, improving breathing patterns, and calming the nervous system.

I am passionate about looking at the body as a whole - balancing movement patterns and optimizing posture to help empower the mind and body.  With trust and compassion, I build custom programs to help my clients achieve their goals - to find their best and strongest bodies by combining various techniques to guide them to proper form and movement.

My patients have seen transformative results across a broad spectrum - from decreasing their daily pain, to remarkably improving posture, to increasing strength and stability. My highly tailored and individualized programs have led to a wide array of success: improved golf performance, stamina to keep up with young children, and regaining pre-baby bodies after childbirth. We all deserve to do what we love, and I love guiding my clients towards their joy!
