I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel better, moving them from a life with pain and discomfort into a lifestyle of fitness, exercise and awareness. My journey began after I earned my Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University. Over the last 15 years, my practice has evolved to seamlessly blend my trained physical therapy lens with transformative movement practices.
Central to my practice as a PT, my relationship with a patient begins with a full evaluation to determine faulty movement patterns, muscle weaknesses and muscle tightness throughout the body. I then create a specific unique exercise program to address their needs and goals. I treat every patient with compassion and empathy, and believe that a positive patient-PT relationship is one of the most important keys to success.
